At Wilton Patisserie, we place great emphasis on the quality and freshness of the ingredients we use to prepare your order. To ensure the highest quality of our products and provide exceptional service, we source all necessary ingredients just a few days before your event.

Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

To confirm your order, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required at least 10 days prior to the date of your event. The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than 3 business days before the event.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Please take note of the following terms:

• For cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date, the deposit will be refunded in full.

• For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable, as the necessary ingredients will have already been purchased and preparation for your order will have commenced.

• Amendments to your order, including quantities, menu items, or any other changes, are accepted up to 7 days prior to the event, subject to availability.

Delivery & Collection Policy

Wilton Patisserie offers catering delivery from our production facility to your chosen venue, subject to prior arrangement, availability, and a minimum order value of €200.

Please note the following:

• Delivery Availability: To arrange delivery, please contact our team as early as possible so we can confirm availability for your preferred date, time, and location.

• Delivery Charges: Once availability has been confirmed, you will receive a quotation for the delivery fee, based on the delivery location and the specific requirements of your order.

• Collection from Store: If delivery is unavailable or you prefer to collect your order, you may do so from any Wilton Patisserie store during its regular business hours.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure availability for your event and allow us to provide you with the highest level of service.
