Refund policy

ORDER CANCELATION-REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Here at Wilton, we have two basic categories of products!

1st are our Ready products (all our standard products in-store).

All of these product orders can be canceled at any time before the delivery date.

2nd are our Preorder products (like occasional cakes, catering, other custom products, etc.)

All the above are custom products manufactured for you after your order; therefore, for us to fulfill your order, we need to make custom purchases of raw materials and several preparations for your products.

In this case, refunds can be done until four days before your order delivery day and time; therefore, the company can do NO REFUNDS in less than 96 hours before your order delivery date and time, and customers must pick up their products.

As a food and beverage company, we can not accept Returns of any food products for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our company can't take any responsibility for orders leaving our stores as there is a big possibility that product damage can don by the customer after the delivery of the product.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like ready products vacuum sealed (chocolate from big brands like Ferrero rocher, wines, or toys in Wilton art creations).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
